Peacemaking in Africa Conference

Voices of People in Action

Fuller’s Just Peacemaking Initiative, Peace and Justice Advocates, and William Carey International University


Speakers from different parts of the African continent, along with peacemaking activists and scholars, will share their experiences and views on making peace in areas of conflict in Africa. Keynote speaker Kisongo Mbeleulu worked for many years in his home country of Democratic Republic of Congo on peace and reconciliation programs for Rwandans and Congolese. Fuller Professor of Transformational Development Bryant Myers will also speak at the conference.

The conference will focus on just peacemaking, which includes initiatives at grassroots and government levels, as well as in development. Read more about the conference and the Just Peacemaking Initiative at www.justpeacemaking.org.
