Email

It is possible to send emails to specific portions of the Fuller community based on their role.

Administrators

To email Fuller administrators only:

  1. Write the email exactly as you want it to read. Omit any lines like "would you please send this" or "does this email look right?" in the actual request.
  2. Include contact information in the footer of the email, including the name, email, and phone number of the party to whom questions should be sent.
  3. Send the email to admin@fuller.edu with your full subject line completed as well.
  4. Your email will be sent out promptly after that.

NOTES:

Attaching or embedding files (e.g. PDFs, JPEGs) on the email are not recommended, however if you must include these files, please convert to email-friendly size and format.

Alumni

The Office of Alumni and Church Relations (ACR) regularly sends three types of emails regarding news and events for informational/advertising purposes:

  1. AlumNews is a monthly email to all alumni used for news, upcoming events, bulletins, etc.
  2. E-News for Pastors is a bi-monthly email to pastors and/or church leaders who have asked to receive information on news, events, bulletins, etc.
  3. Special Invitations are promotional emails sent to the appropriate demographic (alumni or churches) promoting significant Fuller-sponsored events.

To email alumni:

  1. Contact the office at least one month prior to the event so they are aware of your intended event
  2. Submit the Email Request Form

NOTES:

  • Attachments (e.g. PDFs, JPEGs) are not possible on broadcast emails, but ACR can put a link in an email to a file stored at www.fuller.edu.
  • It is possible to personalize emails (e.g. "Dear Steve,").
  • It is possible to schedule email broadcasts to a particular date and time. Generally, Sunday night and/or Monday morning are discouraged, as people checking work emails Monday morning are sifting weekend backlog.
