How does the benefits process work at Fuller?

  1. Be admitted to the seminary.
  2. Contact your Education Office or go to your military branch or AmeriCorps website to determine your benefits eligibility and to apply.
  3. Contact Student Financial Services to initiate the benefits process with Fuller and receive guidance for your next step based on the type of benefits you receive. For most Tuition Assistance students, this will include submitting the appropriate voucher to Fuller.

When will Fuller certify my tuition benefits?

Benefits are certified following the final add/drop deadline of the quarter. This is currently during Week 6 of the Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters and Week 9 of the Summer quarter.

What tuition charges and fees am I responsible to pay by the payment deadline each quarter?

You are responsible only for the portion of tuition and fees not covered by your benefits. This amount is subject to the seminary's payment and late fee policies.

How does Fuller receive payment for my tuition and fees?

Payment for Tuition Assistance and AmeriCorps benefits is sent directly to Fuller via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). You can monitor your student account each week following the final add/drop deadline of the quarter to see if payment has arrived.
