A successful candidate will have the ability to harness the gifts and contributions of the faculty and staff in the continued development of the vision for the School of Psychology and towards its implementation. The dean will care for the faculty and mentor them in such a way as to encourage their development as teachers and researchers. S/he will be a winsome advocate for and representative of the school in relation to donors and outside bodies. S/he will play a collegial role in the senior management of the seminary and see that the school’s finances are managed properly. Finally, a successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to think theologically in the tradition of integration practiced at Fuller Theological Seminary.
