Distinctives

This certificate provides a way for students who may not be able to commit to a full degree an opportunity to study some basic insights into the dynamics of youth ministry.

Typical Students

Many students are currently working with youth in a church or on a college campus.

Normal Progression

The Certificate in Youth Ministry can be earned within an academic year. However, many students pursue the program on a part-time basis and thereby extend their study over a longer period of time.

Ministries

This certificate prepares students for work in youth ministry in local churches, parachurch organizations, or in high school and college groups.

Further Studies

Classes taken for this certificate can be used toward a master’s degree.

The Certificate in Youth Ministry is available on all Fuller Seminary campuses, including online.
