Founded in 1973, Fuller Northwest is the oldest and one of the largest regional
campuses of Fuller Theological Seminary. For the past 40 years it has played a
significant role in theological education in the Pacific Northwest. Through
exceptional theological education, we equip and foster transformation in
individuals for the sake of the church and the community.
Since 1992, Fuller Northwest has hosted one of the first accredited off-campus
Master of Divinity programs in the country.
Fuller Northwest offers our students a significant resource of gifted faculty
willing to invest in the growth of our students personally, professionally, and
spiritually both in the context of the seminary and outside its walls.
Due to the caliber of our devoted faculty and their desire
to deliver rigorous critical study of theology and ministry, Fuller Northwest
has experienced remarkable success in preparing students for effective
professional Christian ministry and in enabling students to pursue PhDs and
other advanced studies in theology at first-tier graduate schools.
Our alumni/ae go on to feed the hungry, preach the Word,
teach in classrooms, lead in non-profits, work for reconciliation, and provide
for a variety of humanity’s other needs. They accomplish this both locally and
globally as ministers, missionaries, counselors and educators. Fuller Northwest
engages with the culture so that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is proclaimed and
understood.
Fuller Northwest is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and
Colleges and by the Association of Theological Schools. We are an
evangelical, multi-denominational, international and multiethnic community of
scholars and students.
