Internship and practicum applications for each quarter are due in the Field Education and Ministry Formation Office by Friday of the 8th week of the previous quarter.

You must email the completed student application to the Field Education office and your supervisor must complete the supervisor application by the following deadlines: (Your application process will be incomplete and will not be considered until BOTH completed applications are received by the Field Education and Ministry Formation Office). 
 

• For Spring 2013 by Friday, March 1, 2013
  
   
• For Summer 2013 by Friday, May 24, 2013
  
   
• For Fall 2013 by Friday, August 16, 2013
  
   
• For Winter 2014 by Friday, November 22, 2013
