To be eligible to receive the F-1 or J-1 student visa you must first obtain the I-20 or DS-2019 Certificate or Eligibility from Fuller. In order to receive the I-20/DS-2019, you must complete the following:

• Receive acceptance into an academic program at Fuller Theological Seminary
• Submit the I-20/DS-2019 Application to the International Services Office with supporting Declaration of Financial Support documents.

Once you have been accepted into a program and have submitted the I-20/DS-2019 application along with all necessary Declaration of Financial Support documents, the International Services Office will issue you the I-20/DS-2019. Once you receive the I-20 or DS-2019 you will be able to apply for an F-1 or J-1 Student Visa at a US Consulate or Embassy.
