These units are available on a "first come first served" basis.
Apartment unit #'s are not listed due to security reasons. In consideration for these current tenants, please do not ask for this information.
If you are interested in information on available units, please contact the Housing Advisors (email@example.com ) via email to see if any units are still available. If you would like to review a floor plan, please go to the properties page. You will not be able to see each individual apartment number but you will get an idea of what these apartments look like.
Transfer Students: You are not entitled to a transfer, however, we will do our best to accommodate your needs once new and incoming students have been placed into housing for the fall quarter.
You will need to leave a $600 security deposit via credit card (see below) to accept an apartment. Please remember that all of our apartments come unfurnished and they are taken sight unseen.
The security deposit commits you to the specific housing unit you are requesting to rent. If for any reason you fail to sign the lease agreement for the housing unit to which you have committed, Fuller housing reserves the right to retain the entire security deposit and charge a daily rental rate as compensation for lost rents and the time and expense incurred by the need to re-rent the housing unit. If failing to sign the lease within 3 days, you will no longer be eligible for Fuller Housing for the remainder of your time at Fuller.
When you move in, the security deposit will be converted to a refundable security/cleaning deposit, which will be returned to you when you move out minus any charges for damages or cleaning.
Please note that our 6-month lease is a Legal Binding Document and once this has been signed, you are responsible to pay rent regardless if you are residing in Fuller housing, decide not to attend Fuller, have not yet moved into the apartment, or you need to end your lease before the lease end date. You will still be responsible to pay rent on the apartment until another student can take over your lease. A $600 administration fee will be deducted from your security deposit once the future tenant moves into the unit.
