, Fuller is pleased to offer the Vocatio
Scholarship to all qualified incoming MDiv students beginning Fall 2014.
which means ‘calling’ in Latin—is an appropriate name for this new scholarship, ” explains Wendy Wakeman, vice president for enrollment and student affairs, “since our reshaped MDiv program puts new emphasis on helping students identify and plan for God’s unique vocational calling on their lives.”
This three-year scholarship, available to students willing to commit to full-time study, allows them to obtain their MDiv degree in a timely manner and then follow their call to ministry or further studies.
“The creation of the Vocatio
Scholarship stems from a renewed commitment at Fuller to assist students to become better stewards of the resources that God supplies,” says Wakeman. “It tangibly demonstrates the seminary’s ongoing efforts to provide students with an affordable theological education.”
