Fuller Announcements


Fuller announcements are posted on the Quad*. Students can also access announcements via the Current Students portal page.

Submit an announcement using the submission form.

Announcements are highlighted on the Quad's home page with full text available on the News page.

Slider images (which appear on the Quad home page) are reserved for certain posts that are relevant to the entire Fuller community (i.e. at least more than one campus). All posts are welcome to include images for use within the body of the post.

Dimension requirements for slider images associated with All Seminary announcements are 635 x 345 pixels and no larger than 2 MB. The office requesting the post is responsible for providing the image.

*Note: Employee only announcements are made through email via Human Resources using employee@fuller.edu.

Announcement Best Practices

  • Before advertising an event, any campus space bookings must be confirmed. (If we do this out of order, there's a much greater likelihood of a space-use conflict arising.) You can book spaces directly via the Master Calendar. If you haven't booked spaces using this system yet, you'll need to set up a username and password. If you have further questions about booking spaces, contact Christian Drez at 626.584.5440 or spacecoordinator@fuller.edu.

  • The event title should be brief and descriptive (otherwise only a portion of the text will show on announcement and/or calendar listing).

  • Include the message body text exactly as you would like it to appear (name of event, when, where--address if applicable, etc.). If you want any special formatting (i.e. bold, color, fonts, images, etc.) please send it as an attached .pdf, .png, or .jpg to studentaffairs@fuller.edu.

  • Always provide the sponsoring entity and contact information.

  • If applicable, slider images will be hyperlinked to the associated message content within the Quad unless an alternate url is provided.

  • It is not necessary to include any announcement text on slider images. We will place the headline of your message over the slider image. A relevant photograph or design is ideal.
