ArtVentures: Creative Master's Thesis Projects
The Brehm Center
invites you to ArtVentures--a presentation of the master’s theses projects created by Fuller Seminary students who are completing a degree emphasis in theology and art or worship, theology, and the arts--on Friday, May 18, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in Travis Auditorium. From original screenplays and performance pieces to creative essays and short films, each student in this year's Brehm cohort has thoughtfully created a project as the culmination of their study of worship, theology, and the arts.
In the lobby, interact with students and find out more about their projects and creative process, enjoy some refreshments in the breezeway, and pop into the auditorium throughout the evening for interviews, readings, performances, and screenings.
We want to celebrate these artists and encourage them to do the work they were created by God to do, while at the same time giving everyone in the Fuller community the opportunity to engage with the artists and their work. We hope that all who attend will leave the event with a better understanding of the interaction between theology, worship, and the arts.
This event is free and open to the public--all are welcome!
