Summary:
Fuller School of Psychology invites applications for Full Professor to the Peter L. Benson Chair of Applied Developmental Science and Associate Director of the Thrive Center for Human Development. We are seeking a full time faculty member who has demonstrated excellence in teaching and research in applied psychology with an area of specialization related to the mission and purpose of the Thrive Center such as positive youth development, virtue and character strengths, and religious and spiritual development. 

Essential Functions:
Responsibilities include graduate level teaching, research mentoring and maintaining a productive program of research. The occupant of the Peter L. Benson Chair of Applied Developmental Science will provide leadership for the Thrive Center’s applied research activities, develop his or her own line of research and dissemination activities, catalyze applied projects of students and colleagues, and develop a network of partnerships with relevant constituent groups for the Thrive Center (e.g., educators, schools, youth workers, ministers).

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
Qualified applicants will have a PhD or PsyD and a strong research record.
