  1. Do I need to an application for each position?
Yes, you must complete an online application for each position in which you are interested.

  2. I clicked on the link in the email and NOTHING happened. Is the site broken?
Most likely, the email program you are using is grabbing too much text in making the link. Highlight the link, copy it, and paste it into your web browser’s URL.If that doesn't work, email the Office Human Resources

  3. How do I apply??!?
An exhaustive instructions list can be found here.

  4. I don't see an Apply button on the job description
For reasons that still escape us, programs like Preview (on the Mac platform) do not show all the pieces of the PDF files. Please make sure you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free and quick to download program, when looking at the job descriptions.

  5. Where are these jobs located?
The jobs on this website are located in Pasadena, California UNLESS otherwise noted in the title.

  6. How long should I expect to wait before I am contacted by Fuller?
Once your application has been submitted, contact with applicants is conducted by hiring managers, who will alert you as to changes in your application's status. Each department is different in terms of length of time needed to field applications and begin contacting applicants. Please see When will I be contacted by Human Resources about my application? for more information about getting in contact with hiring managers.

  7. Is a resume required?
A resume is not required to complete an application.

  8. Is the job I'm interested in still available?
All jobs listed under Open Positions are still in the process of accepting applications. Once the position has been removed from the list, it is no longer taking applications.

  9. When are the job openings updated? The one I'm interested in has been posted a LONG time
Usually daily, though there are exceptions. You can check the bottom of the page which will give you the date that the job listings were last updated.

  10. What does the date next to the job title mean?
That was the date the position first became available for applications.

  11. What is the second part of the application process?
There used to be two parts to the application but that has changed. You now complete only the online application, but you must still do it for each position in which you are interested.

  12. When will I be contacted by Human Resources about my application?
HR does not conduct the recruitment process for the open positions. Those are handled by hiring managers from each department. You will see the name of the hiring manager for the position you apply for once you have completed your application. Please contact HR (hr@fuller.edu) for the name of the hiring manager for the position for which you are applying if you need the information at a later time.
