About Cheryl Lynn

Cheryl Lynn Alexander-Bermúdez is a second-generation Colombian American educator specializing in intercultural studies and contextual approaches to theological education. Ordained in the Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC), she designs and facilitates immersive intercultural learning experiences for clergy and lay leaders. Her academic and professional work integrates theology, decoloniality, and transformational learning theory to support vocational formation in diverse contexts. As a doctoral student, Cheryl Lynn’s research explores an interdisciplinary model of power intelligence, examining how awareness of power dynamics can shape vocational formation and spiritual integration and praxis within missional and educational communities.
