About Melissa
I count it an enormous privilege to be studying systematic theology at Fuller Theological Seminary and I am delighted that a great portion of my daily work right now is read, write about, and discuss the very theological questions and concerns that have occupied much of my thoughts even before entering academia. Right now my primary interests lie somewhere in the realm(s) of theological hermeneutics, philosophical personhood, religious polarization and spiritual authority. One of my deepest hopes is that as a scholar I would grow in my capacity to do theology in an increasingly doxological manner- a hope I often fall short of, but that persists within me as I fumble along.
