Olivia is currently pursuing a PhD in Theological Studies at Fuller Seminary with an emphasis in practical theology. She earned an MA in Leadership & Public Service from Lipscomb University, completing a dissertation on church wealth. She also holds a Master of Theological Studies from Vanderbilt Divinity School. Olivia serves as the Director of Student Affairs and an adjunct professor in the College of Bible & Ministry at Lipscomb University. There she manages the recruiting, academic advising and support, program coordination, and community life for the undergraduate ministry department. Her work and her students are one of her greatest joys. Beyond her academic work, Olivia treasures spending time with her husband, Lorne, and their puppy. She enjoys reading, interior design, cooking, group workouts, and travel.
