About Sandra
Realizing that God’s second calling (after being called to be Jesus’ disciples) can change from one season to another, Sandra felt that it was time to leave the business world and to explore a new calling. It was at a time when new questions arose for her as a second generation Korean Spaniard who had grown up in a Korean immigrant church in Spain. Those questions led her to study theology in Canada and later to pursue a PhD here at Fuller. She would like to work alongside immigrant churches so they can minister more effectively to the second (and now third) generation in Spain and in Europe, and she hopes that her research project will be just the beginning of such ministry.
