About Vanlalhriatpuii

My name is Vanlalhriatpuii, also known as Puii, and I come from Mizoram, a state in the northeastern part of India. I belong to the Mizo community, a small ethnic group where Christianity is the predominant faith. I am a member of the Presbyterian Church of India, Mizoram Synod.

I completed my Bachelor of Divinity (BD) at Aizawl Theological College in 2020, followed by a Master of Theology (M.Th) in Christian Theology at Union Biblical Seminary, Pune in 2022. After finishing my M.Th., I served under the church, working in a Bible school, an orphanage home, and a rehabilitation center, where I contributed as both a faculty member and a counsellor.

I have also engaged in academic writing and published two articles in the Mizoram Journal of Theology (MJT): “The Religious Landscape of Mizo Women” and “The Christology of Geevarghese Mar Osthathios.”

Although I am an introvert by nature, I deeply value meaningful conversations and enjoy connecting with people I am close to.
