Bio

Dr. Anna Morgan has been in pastoral ministry since 1999. Dr. Morgan co-pastors Word of Life Church in metropolitan Washington D.C. Dr. Morgan is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. In addition to her pastoral ministry and teaching at Fuller Theological Seminary, she is also Vice President of Academics at Ascent College. Dr. Morgan authored Growing Women in Ministry: Seven Aspects of Leadership Development, available from Baker Books.

Publications

Morgan’s publications about female leadership development have appeared in Influence Magazine, Christianity Today, Priscilla Papers, and Propel as well as in her blog site, annarmorgan.com. She authored “The Expansion of Female Leadership Influence through Seven Developmental Domains” in Power, Agency, and Women in the Mission of God, available through Pickwick Publications. She is the author of Growing Women in Ministry: Seven Aspects of Leadership Development, available from Baker Academic. This book provides a positive, comprehensive, research-based model for developing women in church and ministry leadership. Morgan identifies seven aspects of leadership development that form a woman over her lifetime.
