I am Founder and President of Leader Breakthru, a personal coaching and resourcing ministry, focused on creating breakthrough coaching and training experiences focused on leadership development for risk-taking Kingdom leaders. I have taught in the Doctor of Ministry program for 18 years in the areas of Coaching, Mentoring and Leader Emergence.

I have authored several books related to coaching and personal development including Stuck! – Navigating the Transitions of Life and Leadership, and Unlikely Nomads – In Search of the New Church. I also train and help certify personal development coaches.
