Payment Due Dates & Policies

Payment of tuition and all fees is due by 4pm (PST) the first Friday of each quarter. Charges placed on your student account after the first Friday of the quarter are due immediately. If you have a third-party making payments on your behalf, be sure they are aware of the payment deadlines to avoid being charged interest charges.

Late Tuition and Fees

Fuller Seminary has made an update to the following late tuition owed policy and will commence for the Fall 2021 Quarter.

Late tuition defined: Late tuition is defined as any balance of tuition and fees not covered for the quarter by cash, financial aid, or a tuition payment plan, and not paid by the end of the add/drop period.

The updated late fee policy is a reduction to the late fee charge and a definition of what is considered late tuition and when the charge applies.

A Late Payment Fee is applied to any balance of tuition and fees owed late to the institution per affected quarter. The Late Payment Fee is $50 and is applied to a student’s account after the end of the add/drop period. The Late Payment Fee results in an immediate HOLD to a student’s account and restricts the students from registration activity going forward. To lift the HOLD students must pay the full balance including the late payment fee. Late fees are not applicable when issuing a diploma.

Students must pay off any prior charges on their student account before they will be allowed to register for an upcoming or current quarter.

Can I still use my debit card and will that be charged the Service Fee?

Yes, you can use your debit card. In order to do so, you will need to select ‘debit card’ from the payment method drop down menu in the Student Account Center. Doing so, you will NOT be charged the Service Fee. However, if you select ‘credit card’ from the payment method drop down menu in the Student Account Center and use a debit card, this payment will be processed as a credit card payment, and WILL be subject to the 2.85% nonrefundable Service Fee with the minimum fee being $3.00.

Can you take credit card or debit card payments in the office or over the phone?

Can I still pay online?

I have an Authorized User who makes payments on my account. Will they also be charged the 2.85% Service Fee?
