Student Accounts

Payment of tuition and all fees is due by 4pm (PST) the first Friday of each quarter, except DMin students who should pay by the starting date of their course.

A $25 fee will be applied for any returned payments

It is likely that your estimated aid is not being reflected on your Student Account Center because you have not yet run “Step 7” of the registration process. By running Step 7 of the registration process, found on the registration page, your estimated financial aid should be applied to your account. Step 7 updates your account to include this information.

To Run Step 7 of the Registration Process:

1. Go to the Current Student Homepage (Fuller.edu/Students)
2. Click the “Register for Classes” icon
3. Login to your account with your Fuller ID
4. Click and run “Step 7: Calculate Balance Due”

We recommend that you first try running this step, and if you still do not see a change in “Balance Including Estimated Aid,” please do not hesitate to let us know at [email protected].

Holds on accounts are due to the remaining balance that needs to be paid off before the next registration. Once you have logged into your account and made a payment, the hold will be lifted within 30 minutes to one hour.

To set up eRefunds, login to the Student Account Center and click the “Refunds” link on the top menu. Then, you will be able to enter your bank information to set up electronic refunds. Credit balances will be reviewed on a weekly basis and refunded as appropriate. If you have already set up eRefunds, the credit will be refunded directly to your bank account. International and global students residing outside of the United States can now receive refunds through Transfermate in their currency. Please use this form to request that your refund be processed as an international electronic transfer of funds via TransferMate. If you do not currently have an active eRefund account or have not submitted the Transfermate form, a paper check will be mailed to the home address we currently have on file for you.

Students must email [email protected] and notify us if they wish to keep the credit balance in their student account for the following quarter.

Within the Student Account Center under “My Profile Setup,” click on the Authorized Users link to add an authorized user and it will ask three questions that allows the level of access the student wants to allow the authorized users to have. Once set up, the authorized users will be given instructions how to set up login information. The authorized users will then be able to log in and make payments on behalf of the students by following the instructions.

You can find your 1098-T by going to the Fuller website and clicking “Current Student Homepage” on the top left of the screen. Then, click the icon that says “Make a Payment.” This may prompt you to log in with your Fuller ID. Once you do so, you will find that you are in your Student Account portal. Under “My Account,” click the drop-down menu that says “Statements.” Once at the next page it will give the option to view “Billing” or “1098-T.” Click the latter, enter the year (example: 2021), and the action button. Finally, click “View.”

Please note, if you do not have the electronic statement option available on your Student Account Center, your 1098-T will be mailed to you, as long as you qualify.
