Payment Methods

Students and third-parties are encouraged to make payments online through the Student Account Center. Credit card (MasterCard and Visa), Debit card (ATM), e-check (ABA Bank Account), as well as international money transfers through Transfermate and Flywire, can be made online. Fuller has contracted with TouchNet PayPath, a third-party company, to provide online credit card processing services for tuition and fees charged to the student account. Visa, MasterCard, Discover (including JCB, Diners Pay & China Union Network), and American Express are accepted for payment. All student account credit card transactions will incur a 2.85% non-refundable service fee (with the minimum fee being $3.00). See our credit card FAQ for more information. Please note, however, that Colorado students cannot use this service due to state law. Security measures require that all credit card, debit card, and e-check transactions be made online, including those conducted by a third party; phone and in-person payments are not accepted.

Financial Aid

Students who have a current and fully processed financial aid application on file can use their financial aid (scholarships and/or student loans) to pay their student account balance, subject to any Federal limitations. If your estimated financial aid will pay for your entire student account balance due, then you do not need to make any other payment; your account will be paid automatically when your financial aid is disbursed. Otherwise, you must arrange to pay the remaining amount due either by the Payment Due Date or by signing up for the Fuller Tuition Payment Plan.

Military Benefits

Students who wish to use their Military Benefits for payment must make arrangements in advance. Please see our VA and Active Duty benefits pages for more information.

Third-Party Payments

Below are the various avenues that Third-Party individuals and organizations can use to provide financial support to Fuller students.

NON-STUDENT (THIRD PARTY) USERS

Fuller allows for a student to set up a non-student account in order to make payments on their behalf.  Fuller refers to this as a Third-Party User Account.  Only the student has the ability to set up a non-student third party as an Authorized User, and the students can set up this authorization through the Student Account Center. The authorization allows the Third-Party to use this option to make payments online on their behalf and/or view the account balance or activity

To set up a Non-Student Third Party User:

  • The student logs into their account in the Student Account Center
  • Select “Authorized Users” under “My Profile Setup”
  • Select the “Add Authorized User” tab and add the third party’s email address
  • Choose the levels of access you wish to allow the third party
  • Click “I Agree” to verify the information entered is true and correct, and submit

Once the student has set-up a non-student third party as an Authorized User, the Fuller Student Account Center will send the Third-Party an introductory email containing instructions for logging in and selecting a password. Please save this email for future reference.

Note: There is a separate process to authorize the release of financial information to a third party. Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), all financial and non-directory information on your student record is protected and confidential. To waive these rights, and to request the disclosure of personally identifiable information to a third party, written authorization is required.

Mailing Checks

Checks can be mailed to Fuller on behalf of a particular student. Be sure the student's name and Student ID Number accompanies the check. Please also, specify for which quarter the funds are intended (ie. Spring 2026) and how you wish Fuller to handle any excess funds over and above the quarterly tuition and fees (ie. use excess funds for living expenses, return excess funds etc.).
